Valletta & «Malta 5D» (full day / 8 hours - without lunch)

A visit to the capital city. The foundation of Valletta dates back to the year 1566 upon the decision of the Grand Master of the order, the Frenchman Jean Parisot de La Valette. The city is a stunning mixture of military architecture and baroque art. During this excursion you will visit the Upper Barrakka Gardens, the National Museum of Archaeology, the Manoel Theatre, St. John's co-cathedral as well as the oratory to view the famous Caravaggio masterpiece «The Beheading of St. John». We then proceed to the «Malta 5D»; a new generation theatre where you will feel the “real” emotions of the movie. In a short time, you may explore the colourful and impressive episodes of Maltese history and culture, magnified with 3D images, moving seats, water spray, air blasts and leg ticklers. A unique experience for all ages.
