This 542-meter-high mountain offers the absolute best view over Barcelona. The final stretch to the top is easily reached by cable car. At Tibidabo’s highest point stands an unusual church—Temple Expiatori del Sagrat Cor, which is adorned with a massive statue of Christ. It’s possible to go up into the church tower. You can also ascend to the 10th floor of the telecommunications tower, Torre de Collserola, where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the city. The tower was built in connection with the 1992 Olympic Games.
