Depart Palenque (Mexico), Yaxchilan and Bonampak Ruins Visit (B/L/D)
You will be picked up from your accommodation in Palenque early in the morning and be able to stop for breakfast along the way. You will continue to the Corozal border where you will take a boat and navigate the Usumacinta river 1 hour to reach the wonderful Yaxchilan Archaeological Site buried deep in the Lacandon Jungle. Here you will have the opportunity to get a 2-hour visit to discover this secluded site with plenty of time to take photos and relax listening to the sounds of nature. Then, you will return to the Corozal border where you will enjoy a delicious lunch. After the break, marvel at the Bonampak Ruins during a 1-hour visit. You will have the chance to explore the magical archaeological site and see ancient frescoes firsthand. From Bonampak, you will be taken to rustic jungle cabins where you will have dinner and spend the night.

You will be taken to the border for your transfer by boat and bus to Flores, Guatemala, where you will be dropped at the station buses or to your accommodation.

Transfer to Flores (Guatemala) (B)
After having breakfast on the second day, you will be taken to the Corozal border for your transfer to Flores, Guatemala. You will take a boat to cross the border, and once in Guatemala, you will take a public bus to get to Flores. In Flores, you will be dropped off at the bus station.
