Perfect for extended weekend adventures, a 3-day 4×4 tour Fraser Island package is ideally suited if you want a few days of fun adventures in different settings, including the bush, beaches, lakes, and rainforests. While traversing the island, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to document the unforgettable moments of your trip for posterity by taking Instagram-worthy photos while walking in the rainforest at Pile Valley or swimming in Champagne Pools or discovering K’gari and the shipwreck Maheno. Whether it’s taking a night walk and gazing at the amazing stars, waking up to a perfect sunrise or spotting a family of dingoes in the wild, your sense of adventure is sure to be satisfied during your 3-day 4WD tour of Fraser Island.

Fraser Island Tag Along Tour

Day 1

***Itineraries & meals are subject to change - this is just a sample of what can be achieved on a 3 day tour*** - Driver safety briefing at 8am at our office - 6 Southern Cross Circuit Urangan - HERVEY BAY - Barge/Ferry departure at 10:30am - Arrive K'gari Fraser Island by 11:30am - Arrive at our Beach House (Bringabeeralong House) K'gari Fraser Islands Eastern Beach by 12:30pm for LUNCH - Toasted Sandwiches or Salad and Cold meat rolls. In the afternoon see Lake Wabby (emerald lake in the surrounded by sand dunes) 5km return walk OR Lake Birrabeen if the tide is too high. - Return to our Beach house to relax, showers and dinner (Chicken Teriyaki Stir fry or Curry and rice). Night walk to the beach to see the stars (weather permitting) - accommodation curfew 10pm

Day 2

***Itineraries & meals are subject to change - this is just a sample of what can be achieved on a 3 day tour*** - Wakeup for sun rise over the beach (optional) - Breakfast - Continental (cereal, muesli, yogurt and fruit /Bread and spreads) - Depart early for the big beach drive day. (Weather and tide permitting) - Eli Creek, Maheno Ship Wreck, Pinnacles, Indian Head, Champagne Pools - We have lunch (salad and cold meat/falafel wraps) at Cathedral Beach or Lake Allom depending on tide. - - Return to the beach house accommodation via K'gari Beach Resort to make a stop at the shop for any drinks etc - - Dinner: Pasta Bolognaise served with garlic bread veggie and vegan options available - - Night walk optional - accommodation curfew 10pm

Day 3

- Wake up for another Sun rise over the Eastern Beach of Kgari - Breakfast - Continental (cereal, muesli, yogurt and fruit /Bread and spreads) - Pack up and get ready to depart for the last day - Lake Day - Lake Birrabeen - Central Station Wangoolba Creek board walk, Lunch (salad and cold meat/falafel wraps) - Lake McKenzie - depart by 3:30pm - Arrive Kingfisher Resort by 4/4:30pm for the barge departure at 5pm - Arrive back to our depot in Hervey Bay by 6pm ** Please note limited drop offs available as 1 guide can only drop approx 8pax. We do not drop to the bus station, please organise a taxi if you are going to the bus station.
