Head to Rio for Carnival and experience the best party in the world! Sambadrome tickets included! If you're in Rio for Carnival, we will make your stay as easy as possible. You will be met at the airport and taken on a Rio City Tour and a Favela Tour to make sure you really get to know this amazing city. And if that wasn’t enough, you will also receive a Sambadrome Ticket to witness the Samba Parade in action!
Carnival is an amazing time to visit Rio so your days and nights are at leisure to do as you please! No doubt enjoying the party of a lifetime!

Located in one of the best spots in Rio, just a block away from the world famous Ipanema beach, the Mango Tree offers a relaxing place to sleep, meet other travellers, and taste a chilled caipirinha. At our hostel you will find the comforts of a guest house (sprung mattresses, 100% cotton sheets, towels, and our famous gas heated power showers) coupled with the warm welcome and atmosphere of a backpacker hostel.

Ipanema is a safe residential district within easy reach of the Sugar Loaf and Corcovado. As well as the beach, it offers a wide range of bars and restaurants to suit all budgets, and plenty of shopping opportunities such as Shopping Malls and the weekly Sunday Hippie Market.
Reiserute

Rio Carnival Week (Mango Tree)

Day 1:

Transfer from the airport to your hostel. Check-in at Mango Tree.

Day 2:

Big Dude Tour. A full day city tour, including the Selaron Lapa Steps and Christ Redeemer. Pick up from the hostel at 08:20.

​Day 3:<br /> Favela Walking Tour. A visit to Rocinha, one of the largest "favelas" (slums) of Rio with a local guide.

​Day 4:

Sambadrome Parade at night. Welcome to the greatest show on earth! From colorful and hot samba dancing, to crazy rhythms of drums, Carnival in Rio 2024 is expected to be one of the best Carnivals ever organized!

​Days 5 & 6:

Free days to explore the city, party at the "blocos" (street parties) or hang out by the beach! Carnival block parties is an English equivalent of ‘blocos de carnaval’. The phrase refers to some of the revelries that are organized in conjunction withCarnival in Rio de Janeiro.
