Today you will go from South Bali to Ubud. On the way you will visit to Beji Guwang, a hidden canyon. It is a river with a stone wall that is beautifully and naturally formed.

Prepare yourself for today’s adventure. You will be picked up at your hotel in the morning to head towards the starting point of rafting. Grab your oars and get ready to rage with this exhilarating rafting adventure on the spectacular Ayung River. Today you will go from Ubud to Munduk. On the way, you will stop in Jatiluwih where you will mount your bike. Your cycling route will take you to traditional villages, rice terraces, temples and trying local snack. Later, you will visit Ulundanu Temple, which is settled on the edge of Beratan Lake.

A real off the road experience in the lovely mountain scenery around Munduk. The traditionally hidden hinterlands now become accessible, ready to be explored by the unique twoseater vehicle. This small car can zoom over the most difficult terrain with remarkable agility. You have the choice to drive the car by yourself. If you find this too scary the guide will drive the car for you.

You will be picked up from your hotel and have a transfer to the base camp. The Base camp has a restaurant set high up in the mountains with gorgeous views , surrounded by clove, cocoa, and coffee plantations and stunning rice fields . You are welcomed by the energetic team at 09:30 at the base camp, and while enjoying a cup of tea you will get an explanation of the program and the use of the car. Children are not allowed to drive the car themselves but need to be in the car with their parent or with the guide. Meet at 09:30 at the Munduk Wilderness Base Camp for your introduction and safety instructions for driving the Finn Komodo. Start with a fun drive down to the Lake.

At the lake side is a lovely little village and a beautiful temple. Here you will be boarding log canoes. You paddle for 30 minutes in Tamblingan Lake, where you can see the monkeys in the trees from the lakeside. Now that you get accustomed to the car you will get into more challenging territory through mandarin and coffee orchards, following earth tracks to the rain forest. Take a break for a short walk into the rain forest, to see the grandeur of trees more than 100 years old and test your luck to spot some birds like kingfisher or woodpecker and perhaps a wild monkey. Continuing on challenging terrain you will become dirty from the dust sand. The goggle glass and the mouth cover provide good protection from the dust. After a gentle downhill ride through the coffee plantations you have a well-deserved stop at a coffee plantation where you will see the roasting of the beans on an open fire and taste this homemade brew. Enjoy the short 20- minute drive from here back to Munduk Wilderness Base Camp. Hot showers and clean towels are ready for you. All refreshed you will be served lunch with an open fire for comfortable warmth. After lunch you have a transfer to your onward accommodation.

The itinerary along a 5 km path is well planned. The views are wonderful and there is plenty of time to ask questions and take pictures. The tour will take about 3 hours, and you will experience the local countryside which includes everything nature can provide such as tropical fruits, vegetables, herb and spices and rice fields. All fed by water through an amazing network of irrigation channels. The tour is not steady walking for 3 hours, but you will get lot of explanation from your guide Putu about what you see on the way. There is plenty of time for picture taking and asking questions. The walk itself is a gentle one suitable for everyone.

The tour ends with the local experience of Balinese lunch at the home of the guide. Afterwards, you will be transferred to Lovina.

After breakfast, be ready for your next transfer back to south Bali by passing Belimbing village. Here, you wil stop and explore the village by cycling. Bicycle tour is one of the best ways to fulfill your wish to discover no only the unexposed sites of the island, but also will get to witness the daily life of traditional farmers, engaging your selves in a close conversation with them and enjoy the outstanding panoramic at Belimbing village. Continue drive to your selected hotel in South Bali.
